Reds boss plans double Prem raid

Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson is preparing a double Barclays Premier League raid.

The Anfield boss will be given the financial backing or new owners NESV to make significant offers for Tottenham pair Peter Crouch and Manchester City winger Shaun Wright-Phillips, players the Merseyside outfit believe they can lure to the club in January.

Some sources state that he could be allowed to leave for as little as £5m, which would surely be seen as a bargain buy. The speedy winger will be keen to prove any doubters wrong and would probably be interested in a move to Liverpool.
